About Us
Since its inception in 1962, Gordons Corner Fire Company has earned a stellar reputation as a community-oriented family of professional, highly skilled lifesavers. Our fire company is proud to protect and serve the 30,000 residents of the north side of Manalapan, NJ, and its surrounding areas. We are one of the only departments in the county that possesses the equipment and trained personnel to perform highly-specialized training including rescue operations, including ice water rescue, rapid intervention, technical/rope rescue, and vehicle extraction.
We average over 560 emergency calls a year, ranging from structure fires to vehicular rescues to storm related calls to technical rescues.
Our dedicated team of volunteers serve the community with an esteemed sense of courage and commitment. We are made up of all ages, ranging from seasoned veterans of the fire service to teenagers, all united in our mission to help those in need.
